Marino Ariza is the founder and managing partner of Greenrock Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for the operations, deal sourcing pipeline and active management of the acquired companies.

Before founding Greenrock Capital Partners Marino worked in Deloitte as Manager of Corporate Finance Division, overseeing M&A transactions in excess of US$ 500M. Prior to that, he spent 3 years as CEO of a service and distribution company with over US$ 10MM in sales.

As an industrial engineer, his experience has also been forged in the country’s manufacturing sector (Free Zones and Local Manufacturing), having participated in projects of continuous improvement and reengineering of productive processes, as well as in the redesign and implementation of operational systems.

Marino has an MBA from EADA, a master degree in Service Leadership and Innovation from RIT, several degrees in administration of family businesses and has a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.
